One conversation.One deck.

A deck written for your company, one decision this autumn. The size of the cheque comes out of the conversation; the shapes below are fixed.

September 2027 · exact dates to be confirmed · subject to permits

Three facts.

  1. This city's communities build it

They take the pavilions, cook the food and programme the stages. The festival office runs the field, the permits, the insurance and the money.

  2. Two days in the capital

A weekend in September 2027 in Ottawa, the dates and the site set with the permits.

  3. Free at the gate

The festival earns from traders, grants and partners, so a partner's money is what buys the gate for everyone.

Four ways to stand behind it.

  1. Title partner

Your name next to the festival's wherever it appears: the site, the programme, the signage, the press. One company holds it.

  2. Stage partner

One stage carries your name for the weekend, with a programme built by the communities that perform there.

  3. Site partner

A zone of the field visitors use for hours: the food street, the family area, the craft row, the accessibility hub. A site partner pays for that piece of ground and names it.

  4. Programme partner

Money attached to a thing that happens: children's workshops, artist travel, the accessibility budget. It suits a foundation or a community fund, and it reports cleanly.

Questions.

Who is behind the festival?

A new not-for-profit organisation being set up in Ottawa for this festival, with its own board, budget and permits. The sponsor deck introduces the team.

What reach can you promise?

The target of the first edition is 8,000 – 12,000 visits over the two days. The first measured count comes from the gates of the first edition, published with its method.

Can we sponsor in kind?

Yes: equipment, print, space and professional time all count. The partner form takes them.

Hear the dates first

The September weekend is set with the permits. The mailing list hears it the same day, before anybody else.

What you want to hear about (required) Canadian anti-spam law asks for consent per mailing type, so we ask per type. One click unsubscribes, any time.
