Questions.

Is the stage paid?

Community sets carry a fee in the working budget, and the music licence is paid centrally. The conversation after your application covers the terms.

When is the programme decided?

After the September dates are set. Applications sent now are read first.

Can our group perform in our community's pavilion instead?

Yes. Pavilion programmes are set by the community; the main stage is programmed with the office.

Hear the dates first

The September weekend is set with the permits. The mailing list hears it the same day, before anybody else.
